Uzbekistan, India discuss prospects for development of bilateral relations
Yesterday, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the Ambassador of India Smita Pant.
According to the MFA, during the conversation the state and prospects for the development of Uzbek-Indian relations in political, trade-economic, investment and other areas were discussed.
The importance of promoting joint projects in the textile industry, IT, education and healthcare was noted.
The agenda of the negotiations also included issues of interaction between the two countries within the UN and its specialized agencies, the SCO and other multilateral structures.
