According to the MFA, the Chinese delegation was received by Bobur Usmanov, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan.
Reportedly, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation within the framework of the SCO and other issues related to China's current chairmanship of the organization.
Particular attention was paid to the practical implementation of initiatives by the leaders of the two countries, announced in July at the SCO Summit in Astana. The discussion also covered the development of documents whose subsequent implementation will give a qualitatively new impetus to cooperation in the areas of politics, security, economy, and humanitarian relations within the organization.
