Amendments have been introduced to the Law "On Public Service."
The president has signed a law introducing changes and amendments to several legislative acts, including the Law "On Public Service."
From now on, a relative's criminal record and its associated legal consequences cannot be used as grounds to restrict citizens' rights when being accepted into or serving in the public civil service.
Earlier, senators emphasized that this law would further strengthen legal guarantees for the protection of citizens, ensuring equal opportunities in exercising their rights, including when applying for jobs.
