Polling stations will be open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. Additionally, for Uzbek citizens abroad, early voting at diplomatic missions and consulates will follow the local time of the host countries, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The CEC has also taken steps to ensure that the election process is inclusive for people with disabilities. Special measures include Braille templates for ballots, voting booths equipped with optical magnifiers and additional lighting, and provisions for those who cannot travel to polling stations to vote from their current location. Volunteers will be assigned to assist over 830,000 voters with disabilities.
On October 27, elections will be held for members of the Legislative Chamber of Uzbekistan's Oliy Majlis, as well as regional, city, and district councils.
