Lufthansa flight makes emergency landing in Tashkent
A Lufthansa flight en route from Munich to Shanghai made an unscheduled landing in Tashkent due to a medical emergency involving a passenger, according to Uzbekistan Airports’ press service.
Flight LH-726 landed at Tashkent International Airport at 8:13 a.m. after a 57-year-old Italian passenger experienced a sudden health issue, reportedly linked to unstable blood pressure.
Upon landing, medical personnel attended to the passenger, who was immediately taken to a local hospital for further care.
The aircraft resumed its journey to Shanghai at 10:04 a.m., following a brief delay to address the medical situation.
