The task force aims to guarantee stable operations of the capital’s economic sectors, social facilities, and residential housing during the 2024/2025 period.
According to the city administration’s press service, the task force is tasked with preparing economic sectors, social infrastructure, and multi-apartment housing complexes for seasonal challenges. Its key responsibilities include ensuring a continuous supply of essential utilities — electricity, natural gas, heat, and drinking water — to consumers and addressing public complaints in a timely manner.
