PM Aripov visits Azerbaijani embassy to offer condolences over tragic plane crash
On December 27, Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov visited the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Tashkent to extend condolences to the Azerbaijani people following the recent tragic plane crash. During the visit, Aripov conveyed his sympathies through Ambassador Huseyn Guliyev.

The Prime Minister had earlier sent a formal message of condolence to his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ali Asadov, expressing deep sorrow over the Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane crash, which claimed numerous lives.
The crash occurred on December 25 near Aktau Airport. The aircraft carried 62 passengers and five crew members. Tragically, 35 people died and only 32 survived.
In honor of the victims, Azerbaijan observed a National Day of Mourning on December 26.
