Shavkat Mirziyoyev meets Malaysian PM in Kuala Lumpur

On February 5, an official welcoming ceremony for the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, took place at the Perdana Putra government complex in Kuala Lumpur.

The President was welcomed by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim.

In honor of the distinguished guest, an honorary guard was lined up, and the national anthems of both countries were played.

President Mirziyoyev reviewed the honorary guard. Then, the leaders of the two countries greeted members of the official delegations and representatives of the diplomatic corps.

Following a joint photo session, high-level negotiations began.
