According to the "Regulations on the Procedure for Appointing and Paying State Pensions," if a pensioner leaves Uzbekistan and does not return within three months or longer, their pension payments are temporarily suspended.
The Pension Fund also emphasized that these temporarily suspended payments will resume once the pensioner returns to Uzbekistan.
Upon their return, the citizen is entitled to receive any unpaid pension amounts for up to 24 months prior to the date they apply for payment.
