Uzbekistan ranks fourth among CIS countries in mobile internet speed
According to the Speedtest Global Index data for June 2025, Uzbekistan ranked 71st out of 103 countries worldwide in terms of mobile internet speed.
The average mobile internet speed in the country was measured at 55.78 Mbps, showing no change compared to May.
Among the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, Kazakhstan took first place in average mobile internet speed with 87.27 Mbps, followed by Azerbaijan (72.52 Mbps) and Armenia (59.03 Mbps). Uzbekistan was placed next with 55.78 Mbps.
The global top three in the ranking were the United Arab Emirates (546.14 Mbps), Qatar (517.44 Mbps), and Kuwait (378.45 Mbps).
The lowest speeds were recorded in Eswatini (18.36 Mbps), Belarus (17.97 Mbps), and Bolivia (13.192 Mbps).
