Uzbekistan tops medal table at Asian Junior Judo Championships in Jakarta
The Asian Junior Judo Championships concluded in Jakarta, Indonesia, with Uzbekistan’s national team emerging as the undisputed leader of the tournament.

Uzbek athletes delivered an outstanding performance, winning a total of 14 medals – including 8 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze – to secure first place in the overall team standings.
The gold medalists included:
- Sugdiyona Rafqatova (–52 kg)
- Samariddin Quchqorov (–60 kg)
- Dilshodbek Hamroev (–66 kg)
- Umida Nigmatova (+78 kg)
- Samandar Muhibiddinov (–81 kg)
- Alisher Samanov (–90 kg)
- Muhammadali Zoirov (–100 kg)
- Fazliddin Rafiqov (+100 kg)
Silver medals went to Bunyod Safarov (–73 kg), Rayhona Mamatova (–57 kg), and Nigina Saparboeva (–63 kg). Bronze medals were claimed by Muhriddin Ma’rufov (–73 kg), Sevinch Murodova (–48 kg), and Mohinur Allaberganova (–57 kg).
