Uzbekistan and Romania to sign intergovernmental agreement on labor migration
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Olim Abduallayev has held talks with Romanian Ambassador Daniel Cristian Ciobanu to discuss bilateral cooperation in the field of labor migration.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the discussions focused on the signing of an intergovernmental agreement, measures to combat illegal migration, and the organization of consular consultations.
Both sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in continuing a systematic dialogue and agreed to implement joint measures to strengthen cooperation.
