Education Ministry approves tuition fees for undergraduate and graduate students in state universities
Uzbekistan has set tuition fees in higher education institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year.
According to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the annual tuition cost for one student (undergraduate or graduate) on the basic contract basis in state universities has been approved.
The most expensive programs are international politics, law, and finance. Tuition for an undergraduate degree in international politics ranges from UZS 11.25 million to UZS 13.713 million, while in graduate studies it reaches up to UZS 14.627 million.
In the fields of humanities, agriculture, and manufacturing, undergraduate tuition ranges from UZS 7.4 million to UZS 9.4 million. In healthcare, tuition fees are set between UZS 10.5 million and UZS 12 million.
For graduate programs in healthcare, tuition reaches up to UZS 14.7 million.
In transport and environmental studies, the cost of contract-based education is set at up to UZS 10.45 million.
