Uzbekistan exports $1.5 billion worth of fruit and vegetables in nine months
Uzbekistan exported $1.5 billion worth of fruit and vegetables between January and September 2025.
During this period, the country supplied 1.6 million tonnes of produce to foreign markets, marking a year-on-year increase of 111,500 tonnes, or 7.5 percent.
According to the National Statistics Committee, agricultural produce accounted for 5.5 percent of Uzbekistan’s total export volume over the nine months.
The committee noted that the export structure included 456,100 tonnes of fruit and berries, 504,400 tonnes of vegetables, and 229,200 tonnes of melons and watermelons. Additionally, Uzbekistan exported 17,700 tonnes of peanuts and nuts, 36,400 tonnes of mung beans, and 362,500 tonnes of other products.
