Under the decree, the Agency for Space Research and Technology has been tasked with establishing continuous monitoring of atmospheric conditions in the capital. Unmanned aerial vehicles and satellite technologies will be deployed to identify both natural and man-made sources of pollution and to enable rapid responses to changing environmental conditions.
In parallel, the Cadaster Agency has been instructed to enforce systematic oversight of compliance with environmental requirements at construction sites in Tashkent and surrounding areas. The use of drones is expected to help detect violations at an early stage and improve transparency in the urban planning sector.
Authorities expect the adoption of advanced technologies to improve environmental quality while increasing accountability among construction companies operating in the capital.
