Turkish President receives delegation of Uzbekistan in Ankara
President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received on Monday a delegation from Uzbekistan in Ankara, which arrived to participate in a meeting of the foreign, interior, and defense ministers, as well as the heads of security services from both countries.
Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov shared details of the meeting on his Telegram channel, noting that the delegation conveyed warm greetings from President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. He emphasized that bilateral relations between the two nations are showing very positive momentum, creating favorable conditions for strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation.

Saidov described the meeting, held under the “4+4” format, as a clear demonstration of the growing ties between the various governmental agencies of Uzbekistan and Turkey.
He added that the foreign ministries of both countries will continue to coordinate efforts to implement all agreements reached between their leaders.
