According to data provided by Uzavtosanoat JSC, this represents a 21% increase compared to the same period last year, equivalent to an additional 15,735 units sold. UzAuto Motors remains the top producer in the country, achieving a 12% increase in sales with 45,881 units sold in the first quarter, up from 40,985 in the previous year. The growth was driven by a massive surge in demand for specific models; sales of the Song Plus Champion DMI doubled, while the Yuan Up model saw demand sky–rocket by 5.2 times, jumping from approximately 400 units to 2,100 units.
Other regional manufacturers also reported healthy gains. ADM Jizzakh saw its sales rise by 26%, moving from 8,623 to 10,886 units, while Khorezm Auto grew by 24% to reach 26,348 units. In terms of specific models, the Chevrolet Cobalt remains the overall leader despite a 17% decline in sales, falling to just under 24,000 units. Conversely, demand for other Chevrolet models like the Damas, Tracker, and Onix increased by 22%, 55%, and 156% respectivel
