Seasonal tourist buses to run between Tashkent and Issyk-Kul from June 8
Seasonal bus services connecting Tashkent with Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan’s premier summer resort destination, will officially resume on June 8. The direct route is tailored to accommodate holidaymakers traveling to the lakeside resort city of Cholpon-Ata throughout the summer season.
According to Uzautotrans Service LLC, the seasonal international services are scheduled around an alternating calendar format. Outbound departures from the Tashkent bus station will run on even-numbered days of the month, while return trips from Cholpon-Ata back to Tashkent are scheduled for odd-numbered days.
Passengers will travel aboard the company’s modern fleet of Yutong buses. The scheduled departure time from the Tashkent bus station is set for 15:00 for every outbound trip.
The one-way ticket price for the cross-border journey has been set at UZS 365,000.
