The committee said 3.5 million outbound tourist trips were recorded between January and June, an increase of approximately 2,500 travelers compared with the same period last year.
Neighboring countries continued to dominate outbound travel, with the Kyrgyz Republic remaining the most popular destination. More than 1.54 million Uzbek citizens visited the country during the reporting period.
Kazakhstan ranked second with 667,722 visitors from Uzbekistan, followed by Tajikistan, which received 619,515 travelers.
Among non-neighboring destinations, Russia ranked fourth with 183,759 visitors, while Saudi Arabia placed fifth with 153,591. Turkey followed with 127,241 visitors from Uzbekistan.
The United Arab Emirates, China, Egypt and Vietnam completed the list of the 10 most visited destinations, attracting 41,780, 36,502, 25,905 and 23,409 Uzbek travelers, respectively.
