The Charvak wind farm comprises four 5 MW turbines and is expected to generate up to 50 million kWh of electricity a year.
The facility is also projected to save around 12 million cubic meters of natural gas annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 24,000 tonnes a year.
The project was financed through $28 million in grant funding from China.
