The two leaders welcomed the progress made in relations between Uzbekistan and Qatar, noting that sustained high-level dialogue and cooperation had elevated ties to a strategic partnership.
The sides reviewed the implementation of agreements reached at previous high-level meetings and agreed to expand joint projects in trade, the economy, investment, social development and humanitarian cooperation.
Mirziyoyev and Sheikh Tamim also exchanged views on key international and regional issues.
