Deputy khokim of Nishan district hits a pedestrian to death in his service car
The Karshi district prosecutor’s office is conducting a pre-investigation check in connection with this situation.
The first deputy khokim of Nishan district hit a 49-year-old citizen in his service car. This was stated in the report of N. Ovlayev, the head of the Karshi district DIA, to the head of the Kashkadarya regional DIA, Sh. Sotvoldiyev. Kun.uz source confirmed this fact.
The incident occurred on July 30, 2022 at 23:50. Erkin Bobokulov, the 1st deputy khokim of Nishon district (born in 1969) hit an unknown citizen on the road in the area of Takhtapul mahalla, Karshi district, while moving from Nishon district to Chirakchi district in his Gentra car with state number plate 70 040 DAV.
As a result, the pedestrian suffered serious injuries and died at the scene.
When the citizen’s body was taken to the hospital and his identity was clarified, it was revealed that the deceased was Akrom Yuldoshev, a seasonal worker (born in 1973), living in the Aralovul mahalla, Karshi city.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 266-2 of the Criminal Code (Violation of safety rules while operating vehicles).
Earlier, on June 1, 2022, the first deputy khokim of Mirishkor district died in an accident that occurred in the Sirdarya region.
