Tashkent city expands by taking 2.3 thousand hectares of land from Tashkent region

2,294.6 hectares of land in the Kibray district of Tashkent region have already been transferred to the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent, the press service of the Tashkent region khokimiyat reported.
Reportedly, a little more than 1 hectare is agricultural land.
With the current expansion, 13 mahallas, 9,137 individual houses, 428 non-residential buildings, two schools, four kindergartens, one religious institution, two cemeteries and one medical center have joined the city of Tashkent.
