Posting on his Truth Social page, Trump wrote:

“Over the next three years, Uzbekistan will be purchasing and investing almost $35 billion and, in the next 10 years, over $100 billion, in key American sectors, including critical minerals, aviation, automotive parts, infrastructure, agriculture, energy & chemicals, information technology, and others. I want to thank Uzbekistan’s highly respected President, Shavkat Mirziyoyev. We look forward to a long and productive relationship between our countries!”

The initiative highlights Washington’s growing interest in strengthening economic ties with Tashkent, particularly in strategic areas such as critical minerals, manufacturing, infrastructure development, and digital technology.

According to experts, the plan could significantly expand industrial cooperation, modernize production and logistics chains, and foster greater technology exchange between the two nations. It is also expected to generate new jobs and investment opportunities on both sides.

The announcement follows a series of recent high-level meetings and agreements between Uzbekistan and leading U.S. companies and institutions, signaling a new phase of economic partnership between the two countries.
