The protocol marking the completion of the bilateral talks was signed on July 21 in Geneva.
Urunov expressed his gratitude to both delegations for their diligent and constructive efforts, stating, “Long list faded away, countdown started!” in a post on his LinkedIn page.

Switzerland is the 25th country with which Uzbekistan has finalized bilateral market access talks. In June, Uzbekistan reached a similar agreement with the United Kingdom.
