Population of Tashkent exceeds 2.7 million

According to the statistics department of Tashkent city, in January-March 2021, 13.3 thousand children were born, and 3.9 thousand people died.

As of April, 4.7 thousand marriages and 1.3 thousand divorces were registered in the registry offices of the capital.

Earlier we reported that the permanent population of Uzbekistan had reached almost 34.7 million people.
