Uzbekistan, Korea Republic approve agreement on mutual assistance in customs matters
A presidential decree “On the approval of an international treaty” has been adopted.
According to the resolution (PD No. 27 of January 17, 2024), the protocol on amending the agreement between the governments of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea on mutual assistance in customs matters has been approved.
This protocol was signed on September 22, 2023, in the city of Tashkent.
The Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance is appointed as the competent authority responsible for the implementation of this international treaty.
After the entry into force of the document, the Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of the relevant ministries and departments, in the prescribed manner, exercise control over the fulfillment of the obligations of Uzbekistan.
