Days of holiday in connection with Independence Day announced
Starting from tomorrow people who work 5 days a week will have 5 days of holiday breaks, and those who work in a 6-days-per-week regime will have 3 days off in a row, says Khushnudbek Khudoyberdiev.
It is noted that the following days are considered to be days off (5 consecutive days) for employees working 5 days a week:
August 31 - Additional day off;
September 1 - Independence Day;
September 2 – Sunday (weekend);
September 3 – Day off (replaced with September 8);
September 4 – Day off (replaced with September 15)
Note: September 8 and 15 (Saturdays) will be officially working days for those who labor 5 days a week.
Following are reckoned to be days of holiday for 6-days-a-week workers (3 consecutive days):
August 31 - additional day off;
September 1 - Independence Day;
September 2 – Sunday (weekend);
Note: September 3 and 4 (Monday-Tuesday) will be days of work for employees working 6 days a week.
