Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in India

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in India on a state visit at the invitation of Indian President Ram Nath Kovind, the press service of the head of state reports.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev was welcomed at the international airport in Agra.

The Uzbek leader is expected to visit the magnificent Taj Mahal.

Main events of the visit are scheduled for October 1.
