12 documents signed in SCO summit in Tajikistan

Dushanbe hosted a meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government, during which 2 interdepartmental documents and 10 resolutions were signed, the Tajik media reports.

The Prime Ministers have signed the following accords: SCO Secretariat's report on the implementation of multilateral trade and economic cooperation programs of the SCO member states, the financial report on the results of the SCO budget in 2017 and budget for 2019, voluntary support for the permanent functioning of the organization, ensuring the transfer of the work of permanent bodies of the SCO, modification of the Regulations on financial support, the program of multilateral trade and economic cooperation, SCO development program of inter-regional cooperation, preparation of the SCO member-states' plan of action ("Road map") on the cooperation of scientific-experimental departments for 2019-2020, the concept of cooperation among the member states in the field of environmental protection and the Joint Statement by the heads of SCO member states.

Furthermore, heads of relevant departments of the SCO member states signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of food security and technical cooperation, as well as co-op document on jointly combatting trans-border epizootic diseases.
