GM Uzbekistan says that from now onwards customers will be able to learn about delivery of their purchased vehicles to the nearby dealer centers from the official website of the company.
"In order to improve the services provided and to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, the company's official website has created a new section "List of cars delivered to car dealerships”. Now list of customers whose cars have already been delivered to car dealerships will be published on the official web page of the company," GM Uzbekistan noted.
Information on delivery of vehicles will be updated on a daily basis.
The aim of the new service is to ensure transparency of the trading system.
It is worth noting that in the first 9 months of 2018, GM Uzbekistan produced 127,420 cars, which is 25.7% more in comparison to the same period last year.
