"GM Uzbekistan" has appointed a new director to the dealership center "Fergana Avtosavdo" LLC, the company's press service reports.
As noted in the report, an operative team of “GM Uzbekistan” has carried out a background investigation at “Fergana Avtosavdo” car dealership center as per the request of law enforcement agencies. Following the inspection, number of shortcomings, listed below, were identified:
- Responsible authorities did not perform to the required standard, especially, in decision-making processes;
- The leadership did not keep to their words on presenting bicycles and 1-million-sum discount to customers within the framework of the “discount campaign”, organized by the JSC “GM Uzbekistan” in cooperation with “InfinBank”;
- Vehicle storage of the dealership center does not meet the requirements of the company;
- Inactiveness of the monitoring system that is intended to provide information on contracts on a daily basis;
-The reception desk does not meet standards, absence of service-management.
Due to the identified problems, the head of the dealership center was dismissed from his post and Botirjon Akbarov was appointed as an acting director to eliminate the existing shortcomings.
