Shavkat Mirziyoyev expresses condolences to King of Jordan

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev offered condolences to the King of Jordan Abdullah II in connection with numerous victims following a bus accident near the Dead Sea, the presidential press service reports.

It should be noted that a passenger bus drowned during the floods caused by torrential rains in the Middle East. There were 44 passengers on the bus during the accident, 37 of them were schoolchildren.

As a result of the incident, 18 people were killed, 13 were rescued. Other passengers are reported missing.
