Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed condolences to Indonesian President

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev offered his deep condolences to President Joko Widodo and the people of Indonesia in connection with numerous human casualties as a result of Indonesia’s “Lion Air” plane crash, the presidential press service reported.

On October 29, a “Lion Air” jet has crashed into the ocean after taking off from Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia.

The plane lost radio contact just 13 minutes into the flight which was headed to Pangkal Pinang, a Sumatran island. It was carrying 189 people — including two infants and its crew.
