GM Uzbekistan cancels co-op agreement with “Kashkadaryo avtotekhhizmat” LLC

“Uzavtosanoat” JSC announced that GM Uzbekistan canceled the agreement with “Kashkadaryo Avtotekhhizmat” LLC due to offences revealed during the inspection.

It is noted that from January 2018 to present, GM Uzbekistan received 420 complaints from individuals and legal entities about activities of the dealership “Kashkadaryo Avtotekhhizmat” LLC. Of these, 117 complaints relate to harsh and insulting attitude of dealerships employees or negligence. Moreover, in 10 applications clients presented evidence of corrupt behavior of “Kashkadaryo Avtotekhhizmat” LLC employee.

Additionally, while examining the vehicle sales records, the inspectors identified number of non-signed agreements between the dealer and customer. During the inspection of contracts and other documents, the signatures of clients were suspected of being facsimile. In order to determine the validity of these documents, they shall be submitted to the relevant authorities for examination.

Besides, while studying the contracts of 487 undelivered cars, it was found out that 47 of them have no signatures of buyers. They also discovered the availability of excess cars in the warehouse being not tally against the number of sold cars.

Some customers who purchased a Spark car from GM Uzbekistan during the promo period on September 10 - November 6, 2018, they were not presented the gift vouchers for bicycles.

The car showroom has never arranged any call-center facility.

GM Uzbekistan asks customers to contact the call-center on 78 141 77 77 or to dial the unique trusted number 10-07 of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cases where additional funds are required for car purchases by any dealerships of the company.
