Uzbek team wins the Halal Food Cooking competition in Turkey
The 6th World Halal Summit was held in Istanbul from Nov. 29 to Dec. 2, 2018, during which the first culinary championship among Islamic countries was organized, the press service of the State Committee for Tourism Development reports.
Leading chefs from various countries, including Uzbekistan, took part in the Halal Food Cooking competition.
As per the report of the Tourism Committee, the Uzbek team consisting of master chef of the International Center for Uzbek Culinary Arts Akhmad Hamdamov and a graduate of the International Center Nodir Tokhirjonov, took the first place in the competition.
