IROC, scientific-practical Center for Innovative Development signed a Memorandum of Understanding

The scientific-practical Center for Innovative Development at the Ministry of Innovative Development and IROC (International Robotics Olympiad Committee) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Manila city, Philippines. 
 
On October 23-26 of this year, the Ministry of Innovative Development organized the international robotics competition “International Robotics Challenge”. In this regard, the International Robotics Olympiad has invited the main organizers of the "International Robotics Challenge" to the final stage of IRO (International Robotics Olympiad) held in Manila, Philippines on December 15-19. It should be noted that the IRO is held regularly every year since 1999. It is attended by about 50,000 specialists and scientists in the field of robotics. 
 
Within the framework of the Olympiad, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the International Robotics Olympiad Committee and the scientific-practical Center for Innovative Development. According to it, the scientific-practical Center for Innovative Development was appointed as an official representative of the IROC in Uzbekistan. The Center for Innovative Development now has the privilege of hosting the regional competitions of the International Robotics Olympiad Committee. It will select the members of the national team in Uzbekistan and ensure its participation at the International Olympiad. Besides, there is a possibility of holding the International Olympiad IROC in our country in future. 
 
In general, the main purpose of this project is to popularize robotics in our country, promote interest in innovative technologies among young people and develop their creative thinking.
