China to open a multi-profile university in Tashkent
At the Tashkent city administration, a meeting with the delegation of the People's Republic of China was held. During the meeting, the issue of opening a new multi-profile university was considered.
“It is planned to train a large number of students in various industries at this university. In addition, it is intended to equip a number of special rooms for practical implementation of the laboratory works and researches in order to educate high profile specialists, whose skills will be in demand in real life,” city administration’s press service said.
It should be noted that the learning process delivers a large number of practical classes on technologies of chemical production, biotechnologies, automotive industry and information engineering.
According to the press service, representatives of the foreign delegation are already in the process of inspecting a suitable building to allocate the material-practical base of the university. Following this visit, a corresponding decision will be made on further concrete actions.
