Dilshod Akhatov receives Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan

On January 25, 2019, Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with his Kazakh counterpart Roman Vasilenko, who arrived in Tashkent as the head of the delegation of Kazakhstan to attend a high-level conference on environmental protection and water resources “European Union - Central Asia”, the press service of the Ministry said.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on topical issues on the bilateral agenda, including on cooperation within international organizations and structures.

“European Union – Central Asia” conference was attended by representatives of environmental organizations of such EU member countries as Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Latvia, Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, specialized UN structures, EBRD experts, heads of international think tanks.
