Construction of the IBC “Tashkent City” continues
The second phase of constructing the International Business Center “Tashkent City” has already begun on the sites for implementing the project. These calculated and analytical works are produced using the capabilities of IT-technologies.
Construction of a 200-meter skyscraper is impossible just to take and start. Firstly, it is necessary to conduct a thorough analysis of all layers of the soil. If needed, foreign experts, who already have experience in the construction of high-rise buildings, should be involved.
In addition, any large-scale construction in the market conditions is preceded by a detailed economic calculation. It should be the most profitable for the investor, attractive and comfortable for users.
Today, on the territory of building Lot 4, the company Universal packing masters operating under the brand “Murad buildings” is carrying out a construction. Geological studies of the soil have been completed according to the international and local standards. General Designer – a Singaporean company “DP Architects” provided the parameters for their implementation: the number, location and depth of the wells. Realization of this task has been entrusted to the Turkish international company Zetaş.
Composition of the soil was studied at a depth of 65 to 100 meters using the latest geological technologies. Researches have been conducted in accordance with international standards (ASTM, EUROCODE 7, ISO), in particular, standard penetration test (SPT), cone penetrometer test (CPT), suspension P-S velocity logging (PS-Logging). These indicators are needed to compile a geological formula of the soil (density, humidity, pore pressure, temperature, electrical resistance, etc.) at the construction site.
When the data is received, the specialists will begin to adjust the architectural concept. Projects of excavation, installation of piles, as well as work to strengthen the soil and construction of the foundation will be specified.
Currently, preparatory works are underway: in connection with closure of the exit from the metro station “Uzbekiston” at the intersection of Olmazor street and Islam Karimov avenue, regulated pedestrian crossings will be installed. For the safety of pedestrians at the corner of construction site, it is planned to establish a covered area with a length of 300 meters.
At the same time, necessary measures are taken to minimize the impact of construction processes on half-century trees along Islam Karimov avenue. They are planned to be protected from the site.
