Samarkand Veterinary Medicine Institute to co-op with Konkuk University
Samarkand Veterinary Medicine Institute (SVMI) hosted a meeting with members of the South Korean delegation led by Konkuk University President Sanggi Min.
H. Yunusov, rector of the Institute, informed the guests about the objectives and educational process at SVMI established last year. The parties considered the issues of training specialists in veterinary medicine and animal husbandry using modern technologies.
The Korean delegation noted the relevance of educational directions of the Institute. Views were exchanged on cooperation in education and launching of exchange programs for professors, teachers and students.
Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the two education institutions.
