Uzbek Foreign Minister to take part in security conference in Munich
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov will visit Germany on February 13-16 on a working visit and participate in a security conference in Munich. This was reported by the press service of the MFA.
The Munich Security Conference will be held in the Bavarian capital on February 15-17.
“The delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by FM Abdulaziz Kamilov will visit Germany on February 13-16 on a working visit, during which he will participate in the Munich Security Conference 2019,” the publication said.
It is expected that participants of the conference will comprehensively discuss security issues, energy and cyber security-related topics and issues of armament control in the Middle East, the Arctic, the Balkans and the Black Sea.
In the course of the visit, the Uzbek delegation also plans to hold a number of bilateral meetings in Munich, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry added.
