“This application works through a mobile phone. It contains a list of citizens looking for one-day work, which will be formed by the applicants themselves, employees of regional agencies, single-window service, call-center operators,” leading specialist of the Department of Commercialization and Technology Transfer of the Center for Advanced Technologies under the Ministry of Innovation Development Rustam Ibragimov said.

In general, an employer, without leaving home or office, will be able to attract an employee to certain activities, consequently, the need to go to the traditional gathering places for handymen will be avoided.

He noted that in future, experts will work on the legislative component of labor protection of temporary workers. A standard classification will be introduced for such handymen.

It is assumed that this project will be implemented jointly with the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested departments and organizations.
