Uzbekistan Days to be held in Poland
Delegation of Uzbekistan, including representatives of JSC Khalk Banki and farms, led by Deputy Minister of Agriculture Saidkomol Khojayev visited Poland.
During the meeting with his Polish counterpart Shimon Gizinski, Saidkamol Khojayev discussed promising areas for improving bilateral cooperation in the agro-industrial sector.
The sides agreed to establish a joint working group in agriculture and hold its first meeting this year. Besides, an agreement was reached on holding Uzbekistan Days at Bronisze logistics center.
Holding such an event at one of the largest trading platforms in Poland will allow presenting the export potential of Uzbek agricultural products.
Within the framework of the visit, the Uzbek delegation also held meetings with the leadership of agro-industrial companies such as Milex, Igloszron and Arno. They shared their plans on creating a cluster for production of seed potatoes in the south of Uzbekistan using the in-vitro method with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Poland.
