The prosecutor of Namangan region Ulugbek Toshev left his post, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office reports.
“In connection with the conceded deficiencies in the sphere of law enforcement, early prevention of offenses, personnel education, the regional prosecutor of Namangan U. Toshev was dismissed from his post,” the General Prosecutor's Office said.
It should be recalled that Ulugbek Toshev served as prosecutor of Yakkasaray district as well.
Former prosecutor of Karakalpakstan, Deputy Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan Rashid Rakhmatov will replace Toshev at this post.
