Uzbekistan, Belarus to strengthen cooperation in military personnel training
On March 25-28, the military delegation, led by the Deputy Defense Minister of Uzbekistan - Head of the Academy of the Armed Forces, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, was on an official visit in the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus.
During the conversation of the leaders of higher military educational institutions, promising areas of bilateral cooperation in the field of training military personnel were defined.
Upon completion of the dialogue, the parties signed a protocol on further cooperation in the area of advanced training of military instructors, the training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, joint research on the actual aspects of military art and military-scientific (scientific and practical) discoveries.
During their stay in Belarus the delegation of Uzbekistan got acquainted with the process of training and retraining of military personnel at the Military Academy and studied conditions created for students to gain knowledge, live and conduct meaningful rest.
