Students rescue family of four from a floating car in Samarkand (video)
Students of Mining and Metallurgy Department of Tashkent State Technical University, within the framework of their trip to Samarkand, saved the lives of a family during a torrential rain, the press service of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education reported.
It is noted that heavy rainfall created slick driving conditions in the city of Samarkand.
On April 20, due to torrential rains a flooding occurred in the city and floated a car with a family in it. The students, who were in the vicinity, came to rescue the people inside the vehicle. There were a couple, their two-month-old baby and his grandmother in the car.
