Shavkat Mirziyoyev completes his visit to China, departs for Tashkent
On April 24-27, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited China on a working visit to participate in the second International Forum “One Belt, One Road”.
According to the presidential press service, within the framework of his visit, Shavkat Mirziyoyev held talks with Xi Jinping, at which the leaders of the two countries outlined new prospects for bilateral cooperation.
Meetings were also organized with the Presidents of Belarus and Tajikistan, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Chairman of the SCNPC.
The head of state took part in the leaders’ roundtable of Belt and Road Forum, where he put forward a number of initiatives that are relevant to strengthening regional cooperation.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev completed his visit to China and departed for Tashkent.
