The list of products, raw materials and materials for the import of which the privilege on payment of customs payments is granted, with the exception of fees for customs clearance, has been amended up to January 1, 2020, Norma writes.
The list was approved by a presidential decree on January 17, 2018.
The list of goods for which customs privileges apply includes cement, as well as cement clinker (code TN VED 2523). Reportedly, from October 1, 2019, cement is excluded from the list, but benefits for cement clinker will remain.
In this case, benefits also apply to manufacturing enterprises when importing basic types of building materials, including cement clinker and asbestos in order to use for their own production needs.
