Uzbekistan presents its national stand in Seoul International Tourism Industry Fair

On June 6-9, Seoul hosts the 34th international tourism exhibition “Seoul International Tourism Industry Fair” (SITIF), where Uzbekistan presents its national stand, the press service of the tourism committee reports.

The organizers of the National stand of Uzbekistan are the State Committee for Tourism Development, Uzbekistan Airways national airline company and travel agencies of the country. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Korea also takes an active part in the organization of the stand at the event.

As part of their participation in the event, the delegation plans to present tourist and investment potential of Uzbekistan to foreign participants.

Also, within the framework of the visit, there will be a meeting with compatriots living in the Republic of Korea.

SITIF is one of the largest international tourism exhibitions in the Asian region, annually gathering more than 500 participating companies from over 55 countries. Among the participants of the event are representatives of international airlines, national and regional tourism councils, regional tourist administrations, travel agencies, major hotel complexes, resorts, tourist facilities and so forth.
